Why was my order returned to you?
If your order has been returned to CRAFTD by one of our carriers, it’s likely to be one of the following reasons:
- The delivery address was incomplete.
- The package was refused.
- The courier was unable to access the address after several attempts.
If you’d still the items, we recommend placing a new order to a delivery address that is correct/easily accessible to our couriers.
Please allow up to 28 working days for your package to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. You will be notified once your return is complete
