My Item is Faulty. What Do I Do?

In the extremely unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team at within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our Support Team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
