How Do I Track My Order?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
Once shipped you should receive a Shipping Confirmation with all of your orders information, including a link to track your order.
We are aware of an ongoing issue with the DHL website which does not update when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
To continue tracking, you can use the same DHL tracking number to track via your local postal service eg. USPS, Canada Post or Correos.
Due to COVID-19, there are some delays from couriers. Some parcels are flying through and some are being held up.
This is something we are trying our best to fix with DHL.
If you didn't receive a tracking link, email us on email@example.com and we'll send it to you within 48hrs.
